Patience.
Sometimes I have no idea what God is trying to teach me. But I know one thing for certain, he’s teaching me to have patience with others…especially with my family. There are times I want to hit my head in the wall because no matter how much I explain something, they still don’t understand. And there are times I just stop talking to them for days because no matter what I’m saying, it doesn’t register in their brains. And some days, like today, I just want to move far, far away so I don’t have to listen to them nagging at me or asking me questions that I don’t have the ability to answer.
God, please grant me patience.

Baby, it’s summer!
Shorts, dresses, tank tops, bikinis. A margarita in one hand and some sunscreen in the other. No more boots and ski jackets. No frost bites in the bitter cold. It’s time to explore, splash around at the beach, roadtrips and possibly meeting that someone you didn’t have time for in the fall. ‘cause really, there’s nothing hotter than summer!
